Ohnesorge is Managing Director of the Center for Global Studies and Research Fellow at the Chair in International Relations at the University of Bonn. His research interests include soft power and global power shifts, U.S. foreign policy and transatlantic relations, as well as charismatic leadership and individual agency in international affairs. He was associate at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University (2022) and currently serves as a non-resident visiting distinguished fellow at the Center for Global Affairs at New York University (since 2023). His latest books include <em>Soft Power: The Forces of Attraction in International Relations</em> (2020), <em>Macht und Machtverschiebung: Schlüsselphänomene internationaler Politik</em> (2022), and <em>Soft Power and the Future of U.S. Foreign Policy </em>(2023). </p><p>	<em><!--break--></em></p>
