Bio: Max Jacobs is a policy advisor and lawyer from Saarland, Germany. His work focuses on the intersection between law, economics and politics. At Harvard he is focusing on the question on how to advocate environmental protection through framing methods. He studied law and finance at Oxford, Warwick, Lille and Saarbruecken and wrote a book about the European Emission Trading Scheme. Prior he worked as a business attorney and clerked for Justice Mueller at the German Federal Constitutional Court.
