Research interests: Globalization; international migration; citizenship; nationalism and ethnicity; political sociology; social theory; and historical-comparative sociology.
Yossi Harpaz is Assistant Professor of Sociology at Tel-Aviv University. He holds a PhD in Sociology from Princeton University. His book "Citizenship 2.0: Dual Nationality as a Global Asset" was published in 2019. Yossi is interested in globalization, migration, and citizenship and is currently studying naturalization ceremonies and other national rituals.
