Fethi Keles is an anthropologist whose work focuses on refugees, forced migration, displacement, integration, and peace and conflict studies, with particular expertise in refugee resettlement in the United States and the experiences of Bosnian diaspora communities. He currently teaches in the Department of Anthropology at Syracuse University. His research examines refugee protection, migration governance, social integration, and the ways displaced communities build networks of support and belonging in receiving societies. He received his PhD in Anthropology from Syracuse University in 2014.

Research Interests: Forced migration; refugee resettlement; memory and identity; citizenship, integration, and belonging; refugees in the US; and Bosnian diasporas.
