Maha Shehade Switat is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Weatherhead Scholars Program. She studies settlement formation in labor courts in Israel and its impact on labor relations, power gaps, and economic stratification in the labor market. She received her PhD in sociology from the University of Haifa.

Research Interests: Law and society; ethnic, racial, and gender inequality; labor markets; and labor and employment law.
