Saliha Khan
Saliha Khan is a development practitioner whose work focuses on labor rights, gender equality, social dialogue, and labor governance in South Asia. She is an Enterprise Advisor with the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Pakistan, where she conducts labor standards assessments and advises garment factories on compliance, worker protections, and gender-inclusive workplace policies. Previously, she managed labor policy and legislative reform initiatives for the ILO, acted as the organization's focal point in Balochistan Province, and led programs on gender equality, disability inclusion, and social dialogue with governments, employers, and trade unions across Pakistan.
